Prices & included comforts
Arrive and feel at home: your beds are freshly made and your towels are ready. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included.
Prices per night for the entire apartment for up to four guests. Minimum stay: three nights. A one-off €99 final cleaning fee applies to stays of fewer than seven nights; this fee is waived for stays of seven nights or more.
Optional extras only when used: EV charging €0.49/kWh; pet fees by individual agreement. These extras are not included in the calculated total.
Payment & cancellation conditions
Payment in two simple steps
A deposit of 20% of the total price is due by bank transfer within seven days of written booking confirmation. For bookings made less than seven days before arrival, the deposit is due immediately. The balance is payable at check-in. Your deposit is credited towards the total price.
The deposit is payable by bank transfer; bank details are provided in your booking confirmation. You can pay the balance at check-in in cash or by contactless payment. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer is possible; please arrange this with us before your arrival. Your booking confirmation is sent by email after the booking steps described below.

These percentages apply to the agreed nightly accommodation charges for the booked stay. Unused additional services and final cleaning that is not required following full cancellation are not charged. The notice period is determined by when we receive your cancellation, for example by email.
You are expressly entitled to demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially lower loss, has occurred. Reletting income and any further applicable savings will be taken into account. Any deposit paid is credited against the remaining charge, and any excess is refunded. Your deposit is refunded if you cancel free of charge.

To book, expressly confirm by email that you wish to book on those terms. The contract is formed when you receive our subsequent booking confirmation. No deposit is due beforehand.
Withdrawal and cancellation
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for holiday accommodation booked for a specific date or period under section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB). The agreed right to cancel free of charge at least 14 days before arrival remains unaffected. These cancellation conditions do not restrict your statutory rights, in particular in the event of defects or breaches of contract.
The deposit is not an automatically forfeited cancellation fee. It is credited against the actual remaining amount due. Final cleaning is not part of the basis for calculating cancellation charges.
Local fees
We do not collect a visitor tax at our accommodation in Wischuer. Separate local visitor or beach fees may apply when visiting nearby seaside resorts. Please check the rules of the resort you visit.

When can we check in and out?
Check-in is from 4 pm. An earlier arrival may be possible by prior arrangement, but never before 2 pm. Please check out by 10 am; an extension to 11 am is only possible by prior arrangement.
Can we bring a pet?
Kleine Auszeit does not normally accommodate pets. We may make an exception by prior arrangement. Please tell us the number and type of pets in your enquiry. We will confirm whether we can accommodate them and any applicable fee before you book. Selecting “Yes” in the form does not constitute approval.
What about parking, charging and bicycles?
Free parking and bicycle parking are available on the property. Our 11 kW wallbox currently costs €0.49 per kWh, charged according to actual consumption. EV charging is not included in the accommodation price. Please contact us with any questions about bicycle storage.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Your beds will be freshly made when you arrive. Bed linen and all the towels you need are included, as is Wi-Fi.
